As a large group who book to spend a few days together every year the property location and facilities were perfect! We had so much space for us all and everything we needed was in the property! The hot tub and games were enjoyed by all too and the communal areas which fitted everyone were great too to all be together! Thank you so much!

This house was absolutely wonderful. For the last 10 years, we go away with our friends for New Year - Weirmarsh Barn has been without a doubt, the best house we have stayed in.

The communal areas are perfect for adults and then a separate room for the kids :)

The kitchen/dining area is so sociable. The kitchen is very well equipped without being cluttered.

The bedrooms are all a great size, with ensuits and most of all the beds are very comfortable.

The owners were always very quick in replying to messages.

Can't recommend this house enough.

We came to the barn to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful weekend, and found the place absolutely fantastic. It was perfect for us, we loved the games room and hottub! Thank you.

We were 8 adults and 8 children, who stayed at Weirmarsh Big Barn. The property had everything we could possibly need, lots of space for the adults and children to spread out. A fantastic kitchen with a large dining table, which we used as our base room for the majority of our stay.

The weather was glorious so we did go out and explore the surrounding area during the day and then returning to use the hot tub and games room during the evenings. Would love to come back next year!

Fantastic, spacious, well laid out, couldn’t fault it! As a family of 9 adults and 6 children, we stayed here for a lovely weekend. House was huge, with plenty of space for us all. Beds were comfy and everywhere was clean and warm. The huge kitchen/diner was perfect for our celebrations, and having two lounges was great on a wet day, when some wanted to read and others watch a film. Games room and hot tub were very much enjoyed by everyone! We’ll return to check out the local walks (and pubs) very soon! And make sure you follow the directions for getting there and not the sat nav!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Met all our expectations, fabulous for a family stay.

Just arrived home from this lovely, homely barn, surrounded by fabulous countryside.

We had plenty of room in this spacious barn conversion. The kitchen was enormous, well equipped and could sit 14 of us (3 very young children) comfortably. Children loved the pool table and table tennis and teenagers loved the jacuzzi. I had a wonderful 70th birthday with my children and grandchildren, even the 4 year old said, it's like one big family, as he ran around the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay and some very happy memories. The spiral staircase was a worry for small children however

We were a party of 10 who spent 3 nights here in February to celebrate my birthday. The barn was extremely spacious and all the rooms very large with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The children loved the small barn with table tennis, pool table and darts, and of course, the adults enjoyed the hot tub. A super weekend was had by all - a truly memorable time.

We had a fantastic time staying the Big Barn. It is very spacious, comfy, and beautifully presented. The hot tub is a real bonus. 14 of us stayed and there was plenty of space. Highly recommended, excellent value. Thank you Philippa!

Booked this barn conversion in October to celebrate a 70th Birthday. We had 14 people staying ranging from age 8 to 73. On arriving at the property we were surprised at how spacious, clean and well equipped it was (the photos online do not do justice to this property.)

The owners were extremely helpful prior to our visit and called by to make sure everything was OK shortly after we had arrived and ensured we had contact numbers in case of any problems during our stay.

The kitchen dining area is huge and comfortably sat us all around a large table. There are 2 lounge areas with plenty of seating so we could all be together or sit in smaller groups. The wood burner was in between both rooms and a large basket of wood was provided. The property also had central heating and was warm during our stay.

The 4 large upstairs bedrooms were well furnished and each had an en-suite.

The hot tub was a massive hit with everybody and was well maintained. It was in an attached area which also had a table tennis table, pool table and a darts board.

We would definitely use this property again if holidaying in the area and have already recommended it to friends.
